Shortly after the start of the relocation, the lift to the 5th floor suffered a breakdown; these adverse circumstances notwithstanding, everything ran smoothly and the team was always cheerful.

I can highly recommend the relocation company. During my relocation, delicate pieces of furniture had to be moved; they were handled very professionally and arrived unscathed (a light leather sofa, as well as a 3m wide wardrobe that had to be disassembled and reassembled). The delicate items were carefully packed using blankets and transparent wrap, and thus arrived unscathed and were correctly reassembled. The pace of work was also brisk (in spite of the many steps in front of my house). The move was dealt with in a flash. I also asked for a new bathroom cupboard to be assembled, as I didn’t want to do it myself. The cupboard had its snags. This was also handled very quickly and professionally. Mr. Daued and his colleague were punctual and absolutely trustworthy. I will recommend the relocation company amongst my acquaintances. The price-performance ratio is certainly attractive.
